Initial meeting...

As our service is a bespoke one we will meet with you to discuss the service you require. We will meet in person for an initial meeting or talk by telephone if you prefer or if you have initial inquiries.

Once we have discussed your requirements, the nature of your business and your people and productivity requirements we will develop an intervention strategy based on your requirements. We will send you a project plan which will explicitly outline the services we offer, the timeframe in which we will do this, the services fees and payment schedule.
