We are Sophie Diamandi and Patricia Muncey and we first met in prison in 1984. Actually it was a men’s prison and we were still reasonably new social workers. We became close friends and often talked about working as consultants together. At the beginning of 2009 this became reality when we launched Working Culture, a consultancy based on our experience in people management and organisational development.

Since 1984 we have worked together from time to time and also developed different areas of expertise. Sophie’s expertise is in generating cultural competence in individuals and organisations and Patricia’s expertise is in developing management strategies and approaches that merge an understanding of people with sound business processes.

Working Culture is built around values and principles which are extremely important to us and we are committed to building organisations that use the skills and abilities of all of their members to create successful and productive places to work. Our focus is the interaction between people in organisations and the development of a working culture that works.
