Preschool Kindergarten Strategic Planning Session

Very positive experience, particularly reflecting on the strengths and listening to everyone’s opinion and perspective on what makes our kindy so great.
The session was well designed with the topics to be covered given appropriate discussion time within the allocated session time. During the sessions every staff member was encourage to add information and ask questions.
Patricia and Sophie had a knowledge of the kindergarten prior to the session and were both very warm, friendly and caring facilitators. They had a real sense of understanding and interest and ability to assist us to put our ideas into words. The atmosphere allowed staff to feel comfortable discussing matters in a confidential manner and feel supported in offering their opinion and perspective.
